This workshop will help you learn more about balancing your work life and personal life to create a healthier overall experience. You will learn what work-life balance means and why it’s important, how to recognize the signs of being in or out of balance, and how to implement practical strategies to achieve more balance in your life.

You will also learn how to identify and overcome the barriers and challenges that prevent you from practising self-care. You will also learn how to recognize and respond to the signs of stress, fatigue and burnout, and how to seek help when needed.
