Allison Sibley
Allison Sibley is the Workplace Accommodation Specialist in the Human Resources Department since June 2023. Prior to that, she was the Labour Relations Associate within the Human Resources Team at the University of Windsor since 2019. For the past 20 years Allison has worked in both private and public sectors of Human Resources and has working knowledge and experience in all areas of Human Resources including Disability Management/Accommodations, Health & Safety, Labour Relations, Recruitment, Training and Development, Benefits Administration and Employee Relations. Allison is a University of Windsor graduate and has her Human Resources Studies Certificate from St. Clair College. In her work, she particularly enjoys supporting employees so that they feel heard and respected, and that individual accommodation plans promote inclusion and full participation with a focus on teamwork and collaboration with all parties.
