Join us on World Mental Health Day for a workshop provided by mental health educator Jenny-Lee Almeida as well as the launch of the One in Five campaign against stigma. This session will focus on equipping participants with practical tools to manage stress, understand and embrace change, and prioritize wellness during uncertain times. Through a mix of interactive discussions and practicing strategies, participants will learn how to lean into protective factors, both personally and collectively.

Collaborate with Care: Psychologically Safe Interactions

In psychologically safe environments, employees can show up to work as their whole selves, sharing ideas, feedback, and questions without fear. During this interactive in-person session, you’ll learn about what psychological safety is and isn’t, barriers to psychological safety, and the ways that our interactions with one another can help bolster this culture of respect, trust, and openness.
Session presented as part of the Employee Mental Health Strategy. Generously supported by Mindful Campuses and adapted from Workplace Strategies for Mental Health.
