AAU Heads Workshops

Professional Development and Strategic Planning for AAU Heads: This workshop series is designed to support heads of academic units in their leadership roles, particularly in working with faculty. It will feature interactive exercises and discussions, with a focus on how heads can successfully navigate the complex environment of academic leadership.

RTP/RPP workshop for Administrative Assistants

This RTP/RPP administrative assistant workshop is an overview of the RTP/RPP process. As well, we will be introducing the RTP/RPP tracking process. Brandon Besant from the Office of Institutional Analysis has been assisting this office with the implementation of this tracking system. This new tracking system will be presented at this session.
