As CTL’s Learning Technologies Educational Consultant, Lorie helps faculty, sessional instructors, and graduate students with effective pedagogy and use of educational technologies to improve student learning. She supports the Learning Management System (LMS) - Blackboard Learn, a variety of active learning software, virtual classrooms, eportfolios, learning analytics, video and content production, and other educational technologies. She has developed an extensive online LMS support site and has earned certificates in Blackboard Learn Advanced Teaching Essentials, Blackboard Learn GUI Administration, and ITIL, She is a member of the LMS Team, which was the recipient of the University of Windsor’s Impact Award in 2017.
