UWinsite Service is a platform to help address applicants’ and students’ questions about UWindsor. It powers Ask.UWindsor.ca and leverages a cross-channel contact centre, knowledge management, as well as interactive web service. UWinsite Service is part of the University of Windsor’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
